Its possible, yet not right away most likely. I get the game tomorrow and Jez is real busy in real life and has just started Forza3 himself. He has tuned three cars in S-class I believe. Enter JezNasty in the search feature is u are interested thanks.
I need to get a good start in the game and then will be painting
 Australian eh? Falcon? Holden Commodore?

Try Nuremburg- sclass -JEZNASTY He has a Fairlady ver.S, Dodge SRT Viper, Totota Supra, and a Skyline R-34 for sale. Hope that helps. Forza cars in-game

G'day Fish and Jez.  I'd just like to post my interest in a V8 tune as well.  Either one (and I know I could get bashed in Oz for this) because they're both the same to me.  In about 5 days time I'm going to be racing 30 laps of Twin ring Motegi full.  No mods, only tuning allowed.

I don't expect it to happen but just puting it out there if you manage to find a way to stop time and need something to do.
